The Woody light is a unique idea from gaffer Keith Morgan. This fixture, made from high quality oak, offers a great deal of flexibility. The unit consist of 4 medium base sockets (250w @) and a EGT lamp base that are controlled by individual switches and a single dimmer, all attached to the oak base.I’m not sure I get the advantage of the wood base but it seems like at versatile tool. http://www.woodylight.com/

HotPod, But Better! So it looks like Sachtler has re-invented the HotPod into a multi-function camera support. This single device can be used as a telescoping tripod, a traditional tripod, a hi-hat/baby tripod as well a monopod. The size of the head suggest that it’s meant for smaller format cameras.   http://www.sachtler.com/

It enables you to quickly mount and dismount your wide angle adapter in a matter of seconds. This seems most useful for the non zoom-thru style of wide adapter.
