If you are looking for a low cost answer to the LitePanel, you may want to take a look at the VIDLED. It’s a bit small with fewer LEDs so expected it not to be as bright, but it is about half the price. The light are offered in three color temp; 3000k, 5600k, and 8000k.  http://vidled.com/
